why is it so difficult for the guys in chennai (atleast most of them) to even outfit themselves properly.. i really don understand if 'dressing-up" has fallen entirely into the female domain?
all around u see guys wearing jus baggy trousers... badly faded.. with god knows how many patch work n stuff... maybe we need a show to enlighten our guys to the need for smart dressing!!!

Beaten Black and yellow- Strike that!

Auto strikes in Chennai cannot get more frustrating.
Usual : Fifty Bucks.
Auto Strike: Seventy bucks.
That cost me 2 yummaliceous bread- cheese- omelettes. :(
Maybe, this is why I need to learn to drive. Finally.
Yeah, how long can I keep saying, "I drive too many people mad. That's why I don't drive."
Then again, dad isn't going to give me money to pay for petrol, which is the reason why the Auto Unions went on strike in the first place.
Well, I'm hoping Kandaswamy (my stand-auto guy, who else?- you secretly hoped he was my black cat commando? You wish.) is back at my stand tomorrow. I miss his black moustache and agarbattis(my dose of piety in the mornings).
Drove you crazy?
See, this is why I don't drive.

Mumbai drowns in the rains every year, and still the authorities aren't doing anything about it. When will this change? What are they doing with our taxes if they can't provide us with basic infrastructure to survive?

I saw the sneak preview and I do want to watch it...This one is going to be somewhat dark as the movie has the end of the legendary 'Harry Potter' character, Dumbledore...JK Rowling did a fantastic job with the book, wonder how they have pulled it off in the movie....
