It could be a lewd joke , a dirty analogy , a text message to make a woman feel vulnerable. Evolving technology has paved numerous ways to harass a woman .

Mrs . vasuki Aidwa Ms. Srabani gender specialist to discuss how to combat sexual harrasment at work.
P.s we have not forgotten that alot of women take advantage of the laws meant to protect them , however we are restricting the scope to women who have faced humiliation at work.

My Chennai Connect

On my show every day I talk to at least one person who tells me, “I’ve been here in Chennai for like ever!”
And I’m jealous! I was born in Calcutta (it was called Calcutta then!), moved to Muscat, then Calcutta again, then Abu Dhabi , then Doha and finally reached Coimbatore!!!(Yes yes I know Typical story for a lot of ‘gulf kids’ ?)
I have never been in a single school for more than three years! Forget living in one place forever!
I am sure you are wondering what I am doing hosting a show like Chennai connection! Let me tell you about my Chennai connect!
Chennai’s been home for me for four years now. Chennai just didn’t happen to me, I took the effort and convinced my dad that I wanted to pursue my Masters in Chennai (my parents bought it ?)
I wanted to come to Madras because this place had music, theatre and a lot of life. I’ve never regretted my decision!
You know the thing about Chennai is that it makes everyone feel at home. The beaches, the congested roads, the breeze and the heat ……it just makes a perfect mix. This is a city that I have grown to love. Every evening there’s something new that’s happening in Chennai. And now I am on my way out to attend a talk and discussion!!
Tomorrow Chennai is turning 370!
Well…Happy birthday ‘Madrasapattanam’ !
